Scrubbing: Fill your bathtub with lukewarm water. Add bath salt. Moisten yourself with this water then apply the type of scrub suitable to your skin (walnut scrub, apricot scrub, wheat germ). Take a scrubber and gently scrub your body.

Cleansing: In the tub water, add your body washes and clean yourself with it. Get out of the water and pat dry.

Toning: This is done by using a body mask to tighten the pores of your skin, which was increased during the scrubbing and cleansing process. Take a good fruity mask available in the market, apply it generously all over your body, and let it dry. While drying, relax yourself listening to a soft melody on your music system.

Moisturizing: Fill your bathtub again with lukewarm water, add essential oil in it, and dip yourself in. You can put rose petals or any other flower petals of your liking. The oil moistens the skin. Do not apply any soap just pat dry.For the final touch take the moisturizing lotion of your skin type and apply all over the body. Your spa treatment is complete.
